Rain - A company with dismal leadership

I would like to say thank you to the support staff at Rain who contacted me and eventually resolved my problem after 6 days. However, to Michael Jordan, Paul Harris and Willem Roos; Sir's good leaders lead from the front. Hanibal, Julius Ceasar, Churchhill, Jannie Smuts. Dismal leaders send their troops into battle whilst they drink tea at home.
