Rain- A bunch of *******

Worst service provider I've used rain over a year back and my service was canceled but suddenly they've debited my account today of R467. I've tried to call them, but the music plays with no answer. I've logged a ticket online, but no response. It seems like they're having a good Christmas after *****ing people's money. I had to cancel my card because of this. I need this refunded urgently
