RAIN a bunch of ************

Rain Worse than ************. I cancelled my RAIN contract in December already as I moved over to Afrihost. I arranged for rain's router to be collected and it has been collected 2022.01.10 and the support person at rain's call center told me that the amount going off at end of December will be the last amount being R699. Well she **** to my face as Rain deducted R225.48 In January and Again R225.48 in February!!!!!!!

So I just phoned rain reference number ***3 that they should refund me my last amount paid else I will go to the ombudsman and also should they permanently delete all my info as per the POPI act, because I am not using any services with them and will never ever again use RAIN in the future because of the poor cervices rendered from their side.

They say one thing and just carried on deducting many from my account.

That is really unprofessional and a **** in its own nature.

Stay AWAY from RAIN internet service provide!
