But where is the contract where I agreed to 1. part payments which you have been taking.
2.Where I agreed to debiting more than the agreed amount.
3.I called in and they said they cannot see the January payment of 700 paid at Pick n Pay.
Because I did not agree to all these ,I would like a refund for the 2nd of May 2023 payment.
How do you debit a customer 3 times.Where is that money supposed to come from?
WE HAD A VERBAL AGREEMENT OF 699 AT THE TIME MONTHLY WHICH HAS NOT BEEN ADHERED TO.THAT IS NOT MY FAULT.
I ONLY MISSED 1 PAYMENT WHICH WAS DECEMBER WHICH IS TH EMANUAL PAYMENT IN JANUARY.AFTER THAT,IT HAS ALL BEEN YOU.

YOU CANNOT DEBIT CLOSE TO 2000 ON A 739 ACCOUNT.WHERE SHOULD A COSTOMER GET THAT AMOUNT?

so where does it state that it will be my fault when you do not debit the full amount we agreed upon.Because this is why we here,you did not debit full amounts and you feel that gives you the right to debit me any how?

there is never no amount in my account on the 25th.
So it is not my fault and i can prove that.so i want my money back
