Rain

Due to a system fault on their part, my internet has been disconnected since 4 July 2023. They corrected and updated my profile on 4 July 2023 but for got to unblock my sim. I have been calling everyday since with promises of getting a call back and issue has been escalated, even spoke to the floor supervisor who promised he would have it sorted by yesterday, and still no call back. 10days of no connection on a account that is up to date. Rain support not very helpful at all
