Horrible, horrible, horrible the best way to describe Rain and the service they give. They are very quick to take your money when you want Wi-Fi however when you need assistance for some reason the call center is in the Philippines, Britain, India. GUYS IM BASED IN SOUTH AFRICA. Yet this is an ongoing story. No one is willing to help and the same bull**** story i get is I have reset your wifi how the **** can you reset my wifi from over 20000km away. Plus we logged three calls for an engineer to come here and see whats the problem or is that my fault for being old fashioned where theres a problem you come and see what's the problem. My modem is on the roof and this idiot on the phone wants me to see if the router is fine. PLEASE IF YOU READING THIS DO NOT USE RAIN THEY ARE USLESS, PATHETIC AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN PERSONALLY SPEAKING
