Rain ***********

Second time writing about Rain here. June is almost at the end, we paid but we haven’t been connected since this month started. When we call they say there is issues with the tower but their AI say our connection area is healthy! I requested a cancellation but still no collection has been done! I pay my account on the 20th and tomorrow is the 20th but I haven’t been connected since, basically paid for nothing. Rain is a **** of note, high five to them!
