Rain!!!!

From the 10th of May 2023 till date I have been calling emailing rain for cancellation and reimbur*****t because I have not used their services due to no internet connection. They even sent a technician and he also said there isn’t any internet connection. I sent them emails they don’t reply. And they expect to deduct on the 15th of June??? They only reply when I write reviews on this platform. Rain please come collect your device and reimburse me please. *** That’s one of my many reference numbers.
