Rain Wifi - I would strongly suggest to anyone looking for a wifi home connection to not chose rain as a service provider.

I have written a poor review about them previously. I have had 5G Rain service at my home int he year 2022-23, I cancelled this service in October 2023, despite paying my monthly instalment and this being a month-on-month contract, Rain continued to attempt to debit my account after the services were cancelled and even after the collected their hardward

I tried contacting them to find out why, was given multiple reference number but no one would assist.

8 Months after the services have been cancelled, I now receive communication stating that I have been handed over to a dept recovery company and need to make payment, no communication was ever given by rain. it would just seem as if they are out to ***** as much as they can
