You busy here sending me messages that you going to collect a router after you failed to refund me from last year, the ,I complained about this last year November, the money that you deducted as a purchase where i couldn't even reverse it. i never even used your network cos it gave me problems. You need to stop sending me this sms where you telling that me that you arranged with CCD couriers, the only time you going to get your router after i got my refund.
