I am really fed up with this dam service provider!!!! I did a sim swap then after that waiting 24hrs it still doesn't work and when I call I am told they have escalated it and its been a dam week with out connection and now my business and life is suffering from this *******. This week I've spent so much on back up data and airtime because you will wait for hours on hold only to be told ******* and not get service!!!! I am so ready to move.... I really don't understand why don't have outlets where we can walk in and help us there or have a call back option because the frustration is not only with getting through to them, now you must spend more on air time and waste time on the phone with still no help.... I'm moving defiantly not worth it. I have been with rain since 2017 I have never experienced such unprofessionalism!!!
