RAIN

I feel like it so difficult to get customer care at rain to assist with querries. They couldn't debt from my account in Jan which is not their fault but then i made a payment and then called in to find out if they received it and they said that it doesn't show on their system and then I made another payment. So in a few days I have made 2 payments. Calling in they asked for me to send them proof on the email that they are going to send to me and when i do respond to that e mail it says it doesn't exist. So what more can i do?
