Rain

I recently post about rain 5g network... Before I join rain 5g I use to be on there 2.4g but in my area the 2.4g only work good when I received the Sim... After the 1st month or two the popo hit the fan and I struggled for over a year.... I find about there 5g promises very stable connection and I call them alot to find out when it will be available in my area... After alot off calls and money they have 5g available In my area... I thought this is what if being waiting for, for so long (proper internet)

When I received rain 5g it was so good till the tower went off in the beginning of desb and since then I'm struggling... That's 10 weeks now and I made alot off calls and speak to many people at rain and my problem are is still not solved... Before I join I ask the sales consultant if this 5g will be perfect for online Xbox gameing and he told me it's perfect, he's using it and no problem at all and my area is dark blue meaning it's perfect.... I'm struggling now with the latency jumps from 34 to 946 and this happen at bad times.... The download speed is what they promise you about the upload speed they told me only when my problem started that there are no promises on upload, meaning if you get 2mb upload you need to be happy... But the big issue is the latency it's perfect then it jump and this goes on now for 10 weeks... They also did not fix the app in 10 weeks meaning there are no way to see on what tower you connected to....I need rain to come back to me and solve my problem... I'm not canceling again because they need to solve my problem.....
