Rain

Quite a shocking display by Rain. Been using the 5g service for the last 2.5 years never once had any issues. Only on the 2nd of July my internet was turned off because of an outstanding payment. Only for me to find out that somehow a reversal, which I had no knowledge about, of a payment made in March is only being picked up by Rain 3 months later in June. I never made any such request for a refund on my payment and my bank also made no such request. I am still fighting trying to find out how and why such a reversal was made and why my internet was turned off when Rain most likely made the reversal themselves.
