Hi
This company is charging me for a SIM card I haven’t used since 2021. I paid them their outstanding balance as they had taken legal action and now they’re still say that I have an outstanding balance for a SIM card I do no not use. There is no option to deactivate my account and their support number is of no use, it just tells you that you have an outstanding balance. Please assist me in shutting down this account once and for all
