Hi Rain, I received an SMS about a tower issue in my area due to a power outage. The outage happened in the morning, but power was restored by 10 AM yesterday. When I messaged you on Facebook, I was told there was still no power in my area—which isn’t true.

I work from home, and this is really affecting me because I keep having to buy data from other networks. At this point, I’ve been asking to cancel my service—what’s the point of having WiFi if I can’t even use it reliably?
