Rain 5G, worst service ever.

I am very disappointed and disgusted at rai d service, they don't sms, email or even call to apologize for there bad service. So my wifi has now been off almost 4 weeks not including previous times it was off for 4 days at a time with no notification from them, I have to use my airtime to call them and whi'e on the call, I ask them to call me back, hen my airtime is up, but they never do, they debit the money and you never hear from them I'm paying for nothing, my business is suffering I have to constantly buy data, my children can't finish any projects, I'm spending more money and they don't even have the courtesy to follow up.
