Rain 5G Worse after 6PM

I would give rain 5g network 0 starts but that rating doesn't exist, the 5g network is now terrible, during the day the network will be fine but after 6 in the evening the speeds drop down to below 1mb/s, to the point where you struggle to even watch Netflix or Youtube videos, you report it they fix it for 2days and after that, it goes back to the same problems.

I have raised this issue over 10 times yet no permanent solution is provided
