Rain 5G wifi worst service provider ever

This is the worst service provider ever. For the past 4 weeks I have been trying to get a hold of them to give a proof of payment. On the 6th of April I app**** for wifi and was told to pay R287.90 pro rata to activate the account. I paid that and was told the router will be delivered two weeks later. But from the start there was network problems but with loadshedding figured it was that. But then the 25th of April I got a message that I needed to pay R479.84 and again I paid. Then on my invoice it stated that I have only paid the prorata amount. I want to cancel but cannot because like I said you cannot get a hold of them. My name is Elaine Lubbe *** from pretoria.
