Rain 5G Wifi Upload speeds of 50Mbps is actually 3.7Mbps

I have a 50Mbps 5G wifi service connection with Rain. I use their 5G router but the internet speeds for the last two days have been 3.7Mbps download and 34.5Mbps upload. I wouldn't advise anyone to have this setup if this is the service that we pay for?? I have logged tickets and yet no one has called to advise nor send an email regarding the issue? Rain is now a no, No for me. I am now going to acquire a new service provider and share this experience with all that would even try to consider
