Rain 5G wifi terrible service

Rain is the most useless Network and their Service is nauseating! I'm on a 5G package which I pay my full bill for every month. Suddenly the network is on 4G for 5 days now, I've rebooted the router in all the ways imaginable but it remains on 4G. I eventually had to call the contact center after I logged 4 call back requests and no one called my back. The agent I spoked to told me there's nothing they can do as I'm linked to 5G but the tower is far away so it automatically goes to 4G and the speed seems fine so I should be happy. I should be happy with 4 coverage when I pay for 5G. The router has been in the exact same place for 4 and a half years and has stayed on 5G all the time, suddenly "the tower is too far"

Do not use rain. Go with another network.
