Rain 5G WiFi is hell.

Rain 5G WiFi is adament that they will not refund me my money for a router I bought 3 months ago... I have never used not even 1kb of that router and they continued to deduct money even though they can clearly see I don't have access to their network.

I am taking the small claims court route and they refuse to give me an email address where I can reach them with the letter of Demand.

Is Rain above the law? ****ming people and takin their money with no consequences?
