RAIN 5G WIFI - *****ING FROM THE PEOPLE

A few months ago I took out a "PREPAID/ PAY AS YOU USE" Rain 5G Wifi for R 1 000.00 per month. I clearly asked the guy that gave me the router will it be fine if I cant afford to pay on certain months, to which he rep****, "Yes - Thats why its prepaid" I moved premises to move in with my sister, and called in to cancel, as well as sent an email as I no longer required the services. The guy clearly advised that the services have been terminated. Approximately 3 - 5 times a day Im getting calls/ SMSs etc - Advising that I owe Rain approximately R 3 500.00

How do you owe R 3 500.00 on a Prepaid contract that costs R 1 000.00 per month - It gets cancelled if I dont pay, so I dont understand this.
