Rain 5G wifi

This coming week I am going back to court to see how else they can help me recover my money from Rain. They doing as they please on my bank account taking money even when they can clearly see I have never been able to use the router ever since I bought it from them.

1. They are not doing anything to exchange the router or replace the simcards, nothing. 2. I have a letter of demand that I need to serve to them but they refuse to give me anyway I can send it to them RAIN DOESNT SHARE ANY OF ITA EMAILS FOR COMMUNICATION FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS.

I hate the day I decided to get Rain 5G, I hate even seeing their ad on TV.
