i made an enquiry yesterday regarding my wifi that is not getting network and i was told someone will contact me reagrding it till now i have not received a call nor any feedback, RAIN is truly a **** , each time i log an enquiry the AI bot keeps giving me the same nonsense feedback , such a waste of time acquiring it and the sales people after they sell it to you do not even take initiative to follow up.
