Rain 5G very unreliable

Good day, the people at Rain, guys this can’t be the best you can do. Your 5G unlimited in my area is terrible. If I have to lodge a complaint everyday I will do so. You have been calling and we keep doing all the trouble shooting but everyday without fail, there is no internet and it keeps going on and off especially after 18:00. I ask again, in my area since you have my address, kindly put a tower or a “signal booster”. Please assist
