Rain 5G. Very slow. Worst ISP.

Worst ISP I have ever dealt with (Please bear in mind that I have dealt with Telkom before and they aren’t exactly the most reliable ISP at the best of times). Their call Centre is closed and I have sent two emails via their online log problem-4 and 10 days ago respectively, not even an email with acknowledgement of problem has been received.

My average download speed is 1 mbps and upload about 10mbps. Previously two weeks ago it was going at about 20mbps with times where it was as fast as 100mbps. It’s been like this now for more than two weeks and it also keeps on dropping. Can’t stream any contect, will barely load Facebook.
