Rain 5G utterly *******

Rain 5G is utterly useless. As a premium customer I was promised a minimum of 80mbps when I signed up. For the last 6 weeks my average speed has been 5mpbs and that’s when it works. If I get anything above 50mbps it lasts less than an hour and the back in the doldrums. For this am expected to pay R999 a month. Sent email no response. Called no response. Tried live chat, took me 8hours to get on top of the q, promises were made and nothing has changed. Now in the process of canceling. If you are thinking about it, don’t waste your money. Utterly *******.
