Rain 5G useless

Good my Fellow Rain Customers

I will have to say, this is the worst ISP i have used in a long time. My service has been out the whole day so far! The consultants at rain are useless and have no clue what or how to work, they allways come with " remove sim and restart unit " this is a load of ****! I also recieved a n outdoor unit, thanks for that, but stil no success. I even had to setup all mu equipment by my own, cuase the tech from rain had no clue, even i had to supply my own network cable for the outdoor unit. So my entire opinion on this 3rd world country network has changes, i am more off than on and there is no respect from them regarding their own network. If i was the CeO i would bend my head in shame and look at restructuring the company. Getting in techs and engineers who knows how to be technical and care about the network!!!!

I will not recommend this to any one. I hope the CEO whom ever this person may be, reads this! Its a bad slap for 5G and they can go kiss my asss i wont pay for next mounth! So i challenge the CEO to contact me if he has the *****s to do so. I can show him his network is ***!!!
