Rain 5G - Unreliable connection speeds and constant disconnections

I app**** for the 5G unlimited standard contract. Rain's website confirmed my area has full 5G coverage. The connection speeds vary from day to day. On most days it is unusable with constant disconnections and poor speeds (download speeds at times less than 1mbps). On some days the connection is acceptable (download speeds around 20mbps). After escalating this to their customer support, I did all that they requested. Positioned it in the place they suggested etc. The poor connection speeds and constant disconnections prevail. It is now more than a week without formal feedback from their technical department. I am very disappointed and am seriously considering cancelling.
