Rain 5g unlimited wifi giving me problems
Hallo Peter i bought a 5g wifi last week nd it was delivered. This package is supposed to be unlimited wifi but ever since day 1 the simcard(network) is going offline from exactly 9am to 9pm.it seems like its a totally different package thet i got.... i tried to call them. Email. Fb msg them but they are failing to help me regarding this issue..

28 Sept 2021, 11:33The rain technician was here this mng... He didn't see anything wrong with the sim nor the router.. He suggested that the problem is from the network department... I was so surprised coz rain was lyingnto me the whole week that the network department didn't see any problem.. Why cannt you just refund me back my money If you cant send new sim card nd router
