Rain 5G unlimited ****

I am very frustrated with how Rain has been responding to my complains I keep calling and calling for the support with their 5G unlimited router that has been on RED light since its arrival, there is no coverage on 4G whatsoever nothing works their 5G has never flicked a light on it, i called for cancellation after seeing how terrible this non existing 5G is.. Rain please do respond to my complains the 5G router is not picking up signal from the nearest tower please change me to the next tower or process my cancellation pleaseeee!! I cannot be paying for non existing services No
