Rain 5G the worst service

So after cancelling my Rain 5g service in March 2023 after horrible connection/service ect. I advised them to come and collect their unit. After a month i received a call from am agent of theirs regarding payment of which i am not due as I cancelled and have not used their data ect. I told the agent this and he said he notes this and will put it on their system. Well seems no one does their work there cause im receiving sms demanding payment. RAIN COME AND COLLECT YOUR UNIT AND CREDIT THE CHARGES WHICH I AM NOT LIABLE FOR.

I did not use the service at all in April as i was signed up with Afrihost and your device was unplugged then. Also, why not re-imburse me for the days your network was not in service, if i had 2 full uninterupted service i was lucky. The total should be reversed/credited. My address details is on your system. Conact me via my cell to set up a date and time.
