Absolutely pathetic service. Service has been down for 2 days now and you cannot find any update or info anywhere. Doesn't help to log a call they never come back to you. Well, Fiber is coming to my area soon. I see them digging. I am on the waiting list. Cannot wait for the day I can ship your hardware back to you.
