Rain 5g - terrible service.

I have been trying to cancel with them since Sept 2023. Each time I call the support line, the call centre agent advises that they will speak to their team leader and cancel immediately. Yet every month since September the amount is being deducted from my bank account. This is just ********. When you ask to speak to a manager, they keep you on hold until the call gets disconnected (up to ten minutes on hold). I have already returned the two towers I had in sept already. Will never trust Rain as they as just inefficient.
