RAIN 5g - Terrible Service !

I have purchased the 5g and there isn’t connection at my place. I have tried several times to reach customer care through the web chat, messenger , many emails and calls. This company customer service is the worst ever and they lie as you will never receive a call from a customer agent. Guess what ? After several requests to cancel the service which has not been done they have debited my account. I DO NOT recommend you contract with RAIN as they just want your money and don’t care about the service you receive
