Rain 5G - TERRIBLE INTERNET SPEEDS:
TERRRIBLE INTERNET SPEEDS: Download Mbps: 0.14 Upload Mbps: 0.00
The service and connection has been terrible, and even affecting my job as I cannot work from home. When u call customer service they say nothing is wrong and the service is working fine, Lies. Im cancelling

14 Feb 2026, 17:03Hi there, i was on a call with Customer service where they advised there are no issues, i just need to restart the router, I have reset and restarting and moved the router around the house with no luck.
