RAIN 5G TERMS ARE A ****
The worst post buy service ever.a **** to be frank .i ordered 5g rain router and sim for 699.it was delivered very fast, but by day 1 I was already having network issues even though I was based in Johannesburg and my area showed on their map as an area with 5G coverage.so my network defaulted to 4G 100% of the time which is trashy coverage. I emailed them to cancel the service within the 7 days duration in hopes to get my promised refund . they did the cancellation and arranged collection. almost a month later they ignoring all my queries around refund

no one ever calls anyone with Rain network..how will you call me without having my contacts. Your response is copy and paste that you post on every complaint here. How do you say you have agents but we cant reach these agents ourselves .i will take this 699 claim to small claim courts if you don't pay me back
