Rain 5G support service sucks!

I have been with Rain since 2020 and have enjoyed the 5G experience. Little hiccups here and there, but resolved. For November 2023, it has been hell and very poor support service. I started sending queries on November 3 and got responses that agents would call but never did. I had to call them after a few attempts, only to be told Tower was off for 9 days! The message one gets every time a call is logged is:

" help is on its way"

"Hey there,

Thank you for contacting rain. Your request has been received and one of our agents will get back to you soon.

Thanks, rain"
