Rain 5G: Stay away! For your own Sanity

The customer service and network quality of Rain 5G has deteriorated completely. Support requests can only be logged via email and the same information is given back over and over again. Its an infinite loop of uselessness. When I signed up with Rain 5G in Dec 2019, the speeds were great and there was a contact center available. Now the network quality is so pathetic. I need to talk to someone competent who wants to resolve the issue. I need to know the cancellation policy as well.
