RAIN 5G Stability

I have a RAIN 5G Router. In the last couple of days it has been unstable. Downloads speeds have dropped from max 400Mbps to as low as 70mbps. Also losing connectivity. Have needed to restart the router multiple times per day. Now I am trying to connect too RAIN to discuss the issue, website does not even load, only chatbot available. Not helping as you are put in a que over a 100 people, I am then disconnected and need to start again.
