Rain 5G special false adverti*****t

I am so disappointed and frustrated by false adverti*****t and unprofessionalism of Rain services.I bought special 3months back of R560 and I have been billed R934 since then.I call last month November and I was told was suppose to level down my speed.consultant confirm that this month will be billed correctly. Trying calling but Rain being Rain call centre closed.i will be reversing because clearly the service im getting it’s not what we agreed on .What a worse service.Even when you call consultants so not professional experience colleague in the background emphasising that I will have to pay even if they take it down as if it was my fault was really not impressed but thought it was sorted but after now I am quite sure Rain is a joke.
