Rain 5G Slow Speeds & Bad Customer Service

Rain 5G started off good, fast speed and little buffering here and there, but after their upgrade from 30 to 50Mbps it has suck to have rain. I'm talking about 2Mbps whole day and most times no signal. The worst is getting someone in customer service to help you. It almost took 2 months to get someone to come to my house to check it out. They said it the signal that is weak, but as soon as loadshedding happens I get speeds of over 100Mbps. So I think their network is overloaded and they have ****py hardware. I then decided to cancel mid month yet they still charged me for a full month and still haven't arranged to collect their router. My advice, don't get Rain because it's cheaper and with bad signal.
