RAIN 5G SIM NOT DELIVERED AFTER I PAID.

Hello Peter,

I ordered a rain Sim card on the 30th of July. They brought the sim card but I couldn't receive it because on the name I had my Nick name and not my birth name.

I went on to rains website to change the name. I successfully changed it. I than tried calling them from the 30th and they only answered my call on the 7th. I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Shaun. They sent an email saying that they will get back to me within 48 hours to this day. They have not contacted me and when I call them they do not anwer. If they can not give me my sim which I have already paid for, can they atleast please refund me asap.
