RAIN (5G SIM ACTIVATION SUCKS)

I bought a rain 5G Package on the rain website, After showing interest on their package it took them a second to call me and compete the deal. Now the package has been delivered and activation can only be done by them for the sim, instead of online like the 4g activation is done. I have called yesterday and was told that it would be activated within 2 hours. I load support messages and they get completed without any assistance. ****ed. Karabo Sebidi & Philisiwe Magwaza completed my service requests without any assistance, interaction or calls.
