RAIN 5G Sim activation issues

I procured a 5G standard home router package. Paid the R699. I waited for 8 days for the router to arrive. This arrived on 3rd February. The Sim was not activated. I have called the support line 21 times and was told 21 times that it will take 2 - 24 hours for the Sim to be activated. Has anyone been having this type of issues?
