Rain 5G sim

Customer Service is as helpful as possible. However, the service provider is full of ****. You order the sim and router and they are quick to deliver it BUT you struggle to connect and have a consistent internet connection. i was told after 3 weeks of struggling with my 5G connection and paying for it that my area does not have coverage and that i need to downgrade to 4G. It also stops working when it starts to rain and that's ****ing ironic
