RAIN 5G SERVICE DOESNT EXCEL BUT YOUR INTERNET SPEED DEPRECIATES

Been with RAIN5G for 5 years on premium package that promised us 100mbs and over but they started off fine for the first 3 months and then it all started going down .For the past couple of months the speed only goes up to 10mbs if you are lucky . It is a waste of time to log tickets as no one calls you back and if by some miracle someone does call you back they just apologies and state that a technician will contact you but no one does. Rain promises you fast speed internet but the only thing you get is frustrated and angry as nothing works and you can forget about the enjoyment of playing online games or watching anything online because nothing works. Pathetic service and even worst false advertising . DONT BE FOOLED BY THEIR FALSE PROMISES.
