RAIN 5G ****
I'm writing on this platform for the second time due to empty promises delivered by Rain internet service provider. The agreement was to debit my account R499 monthly but this month alone they have debited unauthorized amount of R1621.20 and also the agreed R499. Ive provided rain with bank statements as proof of payment but still to this date I haven't received my money back.
