RAIN 5g ****

RAIN 5G ****. There is no 5g service in my area and yet the site showed the service was available in my area. We are not able to cancel the contract since all the request falls in deaf ears. We are trying to contact the rain customer service via emails and call. Every time we try to send emails to cancel the contract, the automatic reply says that "We no longer respond to the mails". They are deducting money from my credit card every month since they have CVV number.
